The Most Annoying Co-Worker Behaviors and How to Deal
Working from home has cut down on the majority, if not all co-worker interaction. While some miss the human connection, others are basking in the opportunity to work alone. Many don’t miss the annoying traits of their co-workers, and would rather be at home. When you think about it, there are often two jobs at work. One job is actually completing your outlined job duties, and the other job is managing workplace relationships between co-workers and management. These two things combined can be quite stressful, however, working from home cuts down on the latter.
With that being said, Money Penny released a survey asking 800 full-time employees what bugged them most in the workplace, virtually and in-person. This study covers everything from virtual meeting annoyances to workplace kitchen pet peeves. It also reveals the top five most annoying co-workers.
